This place is pretty cool.
I've never been to a Starbucks like this.
I really love the menu, very extensive in items that they don't sell at regular stores. The staff could've been a little more alert. I had to wait a while before someone noticed me but it wasn't a big deal.
If you're a coffee lover or know a coffee lover - I would recommend a visit here just because it's a nice experience.

Very mismanaged place. Ordered an Afogato. 15 minutes later still no drink. "We are trying to fix our espresso machines". All broke because they weren't cleaned.
Bathroom: one out of service and one dirty
Not sure what this location is called Reserve. Most regular locations are way superior. Never had to wait 15 minutes for a drink anywhere only to get a refund instead. Not even an alternative drink was offered -

I give this location 3 stars for brewing good coffee.
I am disappointed though, having heard about the reserve bar and visiting the website I was excited to learn something new about coffee. I specifically wanted to note the differences between coffees from different regions. I chose the coffee flight and was given the option to chose between 7 or so coffees. I made my selection and was ready to be able to interact and ask questions of the baristas about the coffees.
The baristas did not make an effort to interact. I had to ask questions between their comings and goings.... and I really felt like I was bothering them unfortunately.
I had to ask for three separate cups so as not to mix the different coffees and risk harming the taste to be able to differentiate between the three. I was given the cups without any word or follow up on how things were going.
I'm not sure I'll be recommending this to anyone in the future. -

First of all, I am expecting a barista kind of coffee served at the reserve place. But end up a disappointing reserve mocha drink compared to San Francisco Reserve Starbucks.

Going to a Starbucks Reserve is a cool experience that outshines a normal Starbucks experience. This location is nice, but from the outside, you can't really tell it's something different. A few notes include: 1) the price of coffee is drastically more expensive if you get select brews 2) more seating would be helpful (mainly indoors) 3) restrooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the experience!
